Select groceries and place an order. After the order we submit the data to our Partner, where the chosen goods are packed. Staff put together all customer orders, pack them professionally and forward to the parcel service provider, that bring the package directly to your door.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.

* No chilled goods simply mean that we cannot guarantee the freshness of the goods for more than 36 hrs. You are welcome to order chilled products but these will be sent at your own risk.

** Delivery time is time from dispatch – handling time comes on top of this. We will email you once the order has been dispatched.

We collect our clients orders over a specific period and subsequently order all goods from our partner in Sweden.

The goods is transported to our warehouse with refrigerated trucks, guaranteeing the cool chain. Upon arrival, all goods will be picked, packed and handed over to the respective shipping service provider, all within one day.

Our delivery times

We deliver every week.

1. Every Wednesday (except during holidays), there is an order deadline of 17:00. 

Your delivery will arrive the following Thursday, right to your door. 
This way, you can plan your schedule and be ready to receive your package on time.

2. The shipping cost for orders under 100 € is 17.95 €, while the shipping cost for orders over 100 € is 24.95 €, regardless of how big your order size is. This way you you can order as much as your heart desires, without worrying about increased shipping cost. 

Important! During the high season (Easter, Midsummer and Christmas) we expand our capacities and receive goods from our Swedish partner several days a week. All changes to order deadlines will be announced on our website. There is no delivery on public holidays. This can also mean that we have to adjust the delivery times and send your order later. Chilled and bread packages will not be send if a delivery prior to the weekend can not be guaranteed. Packages containing only dry goods are not affected, but are also not delivered on public holidays and are delayed by one working day.
